At Container One, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping containers, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
